Our Mission
Aerograde exists to bring genuine transparency to the aviation experience. Passengers flying the same route on the same airline can have vastly different experiences depending on the specific aircraft assigned to their flight, yet no widely available tool exists to reflect this.
Aerograde solves this gap by allowing passengers to search, read, and submit reviews at the aircraft registration level, meaning reviews are tied to the specific airframe, not just the airline brand operating it.

Why It Matters
Airline fleet consistency is a misconception. A single airline may operate dozens of aircraft of the same model, but each individual airframe has a different maintenance history, interior refurbishment status, seat configuration, and cabin condition.
A passenger booking a Business Class seat on a flagship route may end up on an ageing, unrefurbished aircraft, while another passenger on a shorter route flies on a brand-new delivery. The airline's aggregate review score tells them nothing useful.
