Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using Aerograde in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and any person acting on behalf of an organisation.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Aerograde. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Aerograde is a community-driven aviation review platform. Through Aerograde, users can:

• Search for aircraft by registration number, airline name, or aircraft type
• Browse approved passenger reviews submitted for specific aircraft registrations
• Submit their own first-hand flight experience reviews, including ratings across multiple quality categories
• View aggregated rating data for individual aircraft, airlines, and aircraft types

Aerograde is not affiliated with any airline, aircraft manufacturer, or aviation authority. It is an independent, user-driven review platform.

To submit reviews, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with others
• Not impersonate another person, organisation, or brand
• Notify Aerograde promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

By submitting a review on Aerograde, you confirm and agree that your review:

• Is based on a genuine, personal flight experience on the aircraft registration specified
• Is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or content targeting any individual or group based on protected characteristics
• Does not contain defamatory statements, false claims, or unverified serious allegations
• Does not contain spam, advertising material, or commercial promotions
• Does not include personally identifiable information about crew members or other passengers

Please focus your reviews on the passenger experience, such as seat comfort, cabin condition, crew service, food quality, and entertainment. Aerograde is not a forum for reporting aircraft safety concerns, mechanical defects, or airworthiness issues. Any such concerns should be reported directly to the relevant airline or aviation authority. Reviews containing unverified safety claims or technical defect allegations may be removed or returned for revision.

The following content is strictly prohibited on Aerograde:

• False or fabricated flight experiences
• Criminal accusations against individuals without substantiated evidence
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that promotes discrimination
• Threats, intimidation, or targeted harassment of any party
• Content that violates applicable law in any jurisdiction
• Spam, bot-generated content, or coordinated inauthentic submissions
• Promotional or commercial content disguised as reviews
• Reviews submitted for aircraft registrations you did not personally fly on

Aerograde reserves the right to remove any content that, in its reasonable judgement, violates these guidelines, regardless of whether an explicit category above is matched.

Aerograde operates a moderated review system. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any review at our discretion
• Use automated AI systems and human moderators to review submitted content
• Edit review formatting without altering the substance of user-submitted content
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms
• Remove content in response to valid legal requests or court orders

Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity and safety of the Aerograde community. We do not guarantee that all violating content will be identified or removed immediately.

You retain ownership of the review content you submit to Aerograde. By submitting content, you grant Aerograde a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:

• Display your review publicly on the Aerograde platform
• Store your review in Aerograde's database
• Distribute your review as part of aircraft, airline, or aircraft-type pages
• Adapt the formatting, layout, or presentation of your review for display purposes without altering its meaning
• Use aggregated or anonymised review data for platform analytics and improvement

This licence does not grant Aerograde the right to sell your content to third parties or use it for commercial purposes unrelated to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aerograde is not liable for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted review or rating
• Opinions, judgements, or claims expressed by users in reviews
• Any decision made by a user or third party based on information found on Aerograde
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on platform content
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

All reviews on Aerograde represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. Aerograde does not independently verify the accuracy of review content, flight details, or ratings provided by users.

Ratings and reviews should be considered as community-sourced guidance only. Users should exercise their own judgement when interpreting or acting on information provided on the platform.

Aerograde is a continuously evolving platform. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove features at any time
• Change the review submission process, categories, or rating systems
• Update moderation policies, content guidelines, or eligibility criteria
• Discontinue the platform or specific features with reasonable notice where possible

We are not obligated to notify users of minor changes. Material changes to the service will be communicated via email or a platform notice.

Aerograde may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Use
• Submit fraudulent, false, or spam reviews
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour or attempt to manipulate ratings
• Harass other users, moderators, or Aerograde staff
• Circumvent technical measures or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Aerograde may, at its discretion, retain or remove your previously published content.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of Aerograde will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the platform operator's registered jurisdiction.

Aerograde makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
